小组件需要你在 iPhone 系统中手动添加，App 无法自动替你完成这一步。

2. 为什么显示的数字会变化？

应用会根据当前日期持续更新剩余时间，因此电量百分比和剩余天数会自然变化。

3. 这些数字是准确预测吗？

不是。它们是基于你输入的出生日期与预设寿命值做出的可视化估算，不代表医学或科学预测。

4. 我可以修改生日或预期寿命吗？

可以。你可以在 App 的设置页中随时修改。

Widgets must be added manually in iOS. The app cannot place them on your Home Screen for you.

2. Why do the numbers change over time?

The app updates your remaining time based on the current date, so percentages and remaining days naturally change.

3. Are these numbers a real prediction of my lifespan?

No. They are visual estimates based on your input and preset rules, not medical advice or scientific prediction.

4. Can I change my birth date or life expectancy later?

Yes. You can update them anytime in Settings.
